About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information HOLOS, LLC ("HOLOS," "we," "us") collects when you use store.holoshq.com, buy from us or hear from us by email or text, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. HOLOS operates in the United States and ships only to U.S. addresses.
Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses.
- Account login details and order history.
- Messages you send us, including support requests and photos.
- The confirmations you make on our site, such as age, Research Use Only and policy agreements, with the time and IP address they were made.
Payment information: your card details are entered into our payment processor's secure form and go directly to them. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the card brand, last four digits and expiration date, plus the processor's verification results.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and similar data collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions, including reminders before every subscription charge.
- To take payments and prevent fraud and unauthorized use of payment methods.
- To keep records of your orders and agreements, including to respond to payment disputes.
- To run your account and respond to your messages.

How We Share It
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run HOLOS, and only what they need:
- Our payment processor, to take and verify payments.
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, to deliver orders.
- Our email, text messaging and customer-relationship platforms, to send messages you've agreed to receive.
- Website hosting, analytics and advertising partners, to run and improve the site.
- Our affiliate partners, limited to what's needed to credit referred orders.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to a payment dispute, to prevent fraud, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Text Messages
When you place an order or start a subscription, we use your mobile number to text you about it, such as payment links, shipping and tracking updates, subscription charge reminders and declined-card notices. If you also check the text opt-in box at checkout, we use it to send marketing texts, such as cart reminders and offers. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. The information may be shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages.
Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, understand how the site is used and show relevant ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site, like the cart, may not work without them. You can also limit ad personalization through your browser, device and ad platform settings.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Update your details at any time in My Account.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@holoshq.com.
We still send transactional emails, such as receipts, shipping updates and subscription reminders, while you have an active order or subscription. If you reply STOP to texts, you won't get texts, including order texts, until you reply START.
California Privacy Rights
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you.
- Ask us to delete or correct your personal information.
- Opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context advertising, by emailing us as described below.
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
To use any of these rights, email info@holoshq.com with the subject "California privacy request." We will verify your request using information we already have, such as your email and an order number, and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent with your signed permission.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order, payment and agreement records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and payment dispute purposes, generally at least seven years. Other information is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and a payment processor that handles card data under industry security standards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Age Requirement
Our site and products are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date below shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
